Κλαζομένιος δ’ ἦν ἀνὴρ ἐπιφανὴς Ἀναξαγόρας ὁ φυσικός Ἀναξιμένους ὁμιλητὴς τοῦ Μιλησίου· διήκουσαν δὲ τούτου Ἀρχέλαος ὁ φυσικὸς καὶ Εὐριπίδης ὁ ποιητής.
Anaxagoras the natural philosopher, a man of renown and an associate of Anaximenes the Milesian, was from Clazomenae; Archelaus the natural philosopher and Euripides the poet were his disciples.
