Ἀναξαγόραι προσεφοίτησεν Εὐριπίδης. Ἀναξαγόρου δὲ λόγος ἐστὶν ὅτι “πάντα ἐν πᾶσιν· εἶτα ὕστερον διεκρίθη”. μετὰ ταῦτα ὠμίλησεν καὶ Σωκράτει καὶ ἐπὶ τὸ εὐπορώτερον ἤγαγε τὸν λόγον. ὁμολογεῖ οὖν τὴν διδασκαλίαν τὴν ἀρχαίαν διὰ τῆς Μελανίππης·
